You work for an accountant firm. One of your clients, Panda Manufacturing, is considering purchasing a smaller manufacturing firm in order to expand its business. Panda Manufacturing asks you for your advice on this purchase. Write a report to your client.

Your report may cover the following points:
•        Analyze the financial status of the target company
•        Provide a reference of the target company’s fair value
•        Indicate the risks that might be involved in the purchase
•        Advise your client on what steps to take
