1. (50 points) Instructions (Writing Activity, Topic 1, Unit 6):  Your company is considering the possibility of outsourcing the production of packaging boxes. Suppose you are the production manager, using what you have learned in this activity, write an email (40-50 words) to the general manager:
        stating two advantages of doing so;
        showing support for doing so.


2. (50 points) Instructions (Writing Activity, Topic 2, Unit 8): Your company has just implemented a new online expenses claim system. You work in the Accounts Department. Write a memo (40-50words) to all staff to notify some new rules regarding the new system:

        reminding them of the importance of submitting receipts after applying for online expenses claims;
        telling them the money claimed will appear in their bank accounts together with their salary;
        encouraging them to ask questions regarding the new system.
